1. How long will my order take?

• That really depends, if you are in the lower mainland of British Columbia, you can expect your order the next-day. 
• If you are on the Island, we are able to deliver within a 7 week window.
• If you are in the Interior, we'll give you a call to schedule a delivery.

2. Do you do bulk discounts?

• Of course! We have a few excluded item categories, but for all bongs, pipes, grinders, we provide bulk discounts at monetary values for $1000, $2500, and $5000
• Although your final total on the website might show the value, we will add the discounts to your final invoice which we provide to you upon delivery.
• Excluded categories from bulk discount: 
  • Butane
  • Zippo Fluid
  • Non-SCAN torches
  • Knives (Until tariffs end)

3. There's too many products... I can't make a decision on what products to purchase!

• Contact Kevin at 778-908-0758 (He prefers a text first as he gets a lot of spam calls that he doesn't like picking up) and he will work with you to select the correct products for your location!
• White-glove services are available where Kevin comes into store and recommends as many products as your store would need. This comes at no-cost if the final invoice is over $1000. Below $1000 is a $150 surcharge on the white-glove service.
  • Other benefits of our white-glove service is that Kevin will exchange products that have not sold over 4 weeks for a better market and demographic fit for your location.

4. Do you have limits to where you can deliver?

• As much as we'd love to service every locations, in order to maintain low costs, we do a lot of deliveries ourselves, but that also creates a few limits to our logistical front. We are open to shipping products to you given we can work together on the shipping aspect.

  • British Columbia
  • Lower-Mainland, Tri-cities
  • The Interior (Hope, Kelowna, Kamloops, Salmon Arm)
  • Vancouver Island (Courtney, Duncan, Victoria)
